As a certified bookkeeper, I can look after your accounting software, reporting obligations, superannuation and day-to-day transaction processes. Based in Maclean NSW, I provide a mobile and remote service from Yamba all the way to the Gold Coast. In other words, you can choose onsite bookkeeping at your office or remote services at mine.

DAY-TO-DAY BOOKKEEPING

Bookkeeping can be done onsite, remotely or at my office. I can process your accounts, even retrospectively from scratch, based on bank statements, invoices and bills, keeping you up to date and on track.

BANK RECONCILIATIONS

I can set you up bank feeds in your software to make reconciling your bank statement’s with no discrepancies.

PAYROLL SERVICES

I can look after single touch payroll (STP) and superannuation to ensure your staff are paid correctly and on-time, ensuring you meet your legal obligations as an employer. I can assure you that your staff will receive their end of year payment summaries on-time.

I can prepare and electronically lodge your business activity statement (BAS) and instalment activity statement (IAS) accurately and on-time.

I can generate regular advisory accounting reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, so you can see clearly how your business is performing.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE

I’ll provide a clear analysis so you always know what you have to pay and how much you are owed at any one time.

I can send reminder emails and follow up calls to the people and other businesses who owe you money, to make sure you get paid on-time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PACKAGE?

I can set you up with an accounting software package which is suited to your business. There is a monthly subscription fee for this, which the software company will charge to you. Also, because I am a MYOB partner, I can add you onto my subscription if you are using MYOB, this would make your monthly subscription payment much cheaper.

WHAT IS CLOUD ACCOUNTING?

‘Cloud’ is a term used in reference to the internet. Cloud accounting is the use of internet-based accounting software. Cloud products provide the flexibility of being able to access your systems from other locations outside your office, and also enable other authorised users to log into the system as well. Today, with the ATO wanting you to submit online activity statements, single touch payroll processing and superannuation obligations, it is basically a must that you have a cloud accounting package for your bookkeeping records.

IS CLOUD OR LIVE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SAFE?

Internet-based accounting software uses the same encryption process as internet banking. Most people are now comfortable using internet banking and internet accounting is no different.
